📝排毒一週報告
So far 已經減左1%體脂喇🤩
今個星期都收到好多朋友DM問候...「你夠唔夠架?」、「淨係食菜夠唔夠營養架?」、「會唔會太寒呀?」
寒係寒咗啲,不過我有keep住飲檸檬薑水(自己磨嘅生薑)👩🦰每日都要食13份菜🥦3個水果🍎飽到食唔晒就真!同埋其實係可以食少量蛋白質嘅,不過我想去盡啲,唔到真係頂唔順都唔食。講真比起以前跟VIGENE淨食有限種類菜瓜菇,今次TLS個plan 真係舒服好多👸🏻
營養方面就要靠營養素,始終有啲蔬菜我IBS食唔到,食唔足彩色蔬菜🫑🧅🧄補嘅都係維B、鈣、multi-vit、纖維、酵素同蔬菜精華。其實食得足嘅,唔補都得,只係排毒反應可能會辛苦啲
排毒反應方面,今次都幾誇張.... 先講返以往跟VIGENE,同樣係冇反工嘅日子,我大概要到第3日先頭痛流鼻水,好似keto flu咁🤧... 但第2朝開始就💩得誇張!今次只係半日我就進咗排毒mode,但都只係有頭痛啫,💩 仲要好舒服添😅但頭痛又真係好難頂🤯仲要瞓得唔好... 都係靠香薰同花藥治療舒緩返,唔係都唔知回過喇。
接下來,3週減脂增肌開始😇😇有興趣一齊嘅就DM我啦🤗
